After being away for so long...it's kind of hard to know how to start ...
I could tell you all that Iv'e been up to....
or I can just say...
and then you will probably completely understand why Iv'e been MIA.
This first trimester has kicked my a$#!!!
The nausea...and the exhaustion!
Aside from all that ugly stuff, everything else is happy here. Audrey is pretty excited about being big sister although I'm not sure how much she really understands.
Jeremiah did a "your kidding right?!?"
I think being big brother to Audrey felt like a big job already. Yet, after talking a little more about another family member...things are all good and he is happy also.
I'm going on 13 weeks now!
Thanks to all of you for being so kind and leaving sweet comments. You are definitely the best part of blogging!
Aside from baby...and being sick...things are pretty normal.
I think Iv'e told Audrey to "leave the dog alone!!!" about twenty times today.
It's almost time to pick up Jeremiah from school, then get dinner ready, then head off to work.
The house was nice and clean yesterday...now, not so much. I'm not sure when or how it happened.
We are almost completely out of toilet paper...and of coarse I'm going to go to the store to pick some up today and will probably end up forgetting it while I'm there. ( :
See!....things are normal, and good, and happy.
Hoping things are normal and good and happy for you too,

I hadn't seen Lady and the Tramp in years....oh my, such a sweet movie! A classic love story for sure.
I can't think of anything more romantic than a moonlight dinner, music, sharing a plate of spaghetti and giving away the last albondiga (meatball) to your love.
Audrey absolutely loved it. I love that we can sit together and enjoy a family film from the 40's, and I really really love that Disney always gives us the option to watch it in both English and Spanish.
I have one copy of the 3 disk Combo Pack (Blu-ray, DVD, Digital Copy) to send to one of you just in time for the Valentine's Day season. Leave any topic related comment. I will pick a winner on Valentines Day February 14th, 2012 at 11:59 pm. US only. Make sure you include your email address if not already in your profile.
So tell me....have you seen Lady and the Tramp? How long ago?
And make sure to click on the widget....activity sheets, a digital story book, Valentines Day card print outs and a most yummy looking Espaguetis con Albondigas recipe all in Spanish (you can also find all in English as well).
*A copy of the film was sent to me for review purposes. No other compensation was given.
*sorry so late announcing the winner...it's mvoulelis! Yay!

Oh, it's been so long friends. I have missed all of you.
January was definitely a month I dedicated to myself.
I slept a lot. And slept some more. And rested. ( :
I started watching Justified (Timothy Olyphant is a hottie isn't he!?!) and got all caught up to season three. Highly recommend it!
Started hiking on the weekends with some really good company...
and have tried several new recipes courtesy of Pinterest.
I have special news I hope to share with you next week.
For now....just wanted to say hello! and let you know I'm still here.
Did you know today is Elmo's birthday? Audrey loves Elmo!!!
Kip and I saw Being Elmo: A Puppeteer's Journey a couple months ago and loved it...such a feel good documentary... makes you love the little red monster even more!
