Mother's Day 2012
I came home from work this morning to find everyone ready to greet me at the door. Hugs and kisses, and love filled the room.
I am so grateful to have this life. To be able to love Audrey, Jeremiah and this little person growing inside me.
I think the pregnancy has me on a high of emotions. The love inside me...helping to create life.
I hope you are on this mother high also. Being a mother is a beautiful gift.
Happy Mothers Day!
Marcela
PS. Wishing all single moms an extra special day. Thank you mom for all your love, patience, and always understanding...I love you.

Mother's Day...
Kip took the kids out to a movie and shopping this morning so I could get some much needed uninterrupted sleep ( I worked last night).
I slept... and slept some more when Audrey got in bed to cuddle with me upon their return. She asked to breastfeed. I said yes, and we fell asleep together some more.
I woke up to a new (and much needed) wallet! And they brought dinner home too! And Iv'e been catching up on lots of Mothers Day texts from friends and family!
I am happy and in love.
I hope my mother feels happy and in love today too!
And hope all mother's feel happy and loved!

I rock!
My mother's day coffee cup. Isn't is perfect? It says you rock. I love that my son thinks I rock.
I can't ever wash it. He made it with permanent marker. But it wipes off when wet ) :
I think I will make it into a planter and put a pretty plant inside.
Any other suggestions?
I hope you had a lovely mother's day.
I did.

There is nothing quite like motherhood. It transforms us, from the day we find out that little miracle is in our belly.
I admire you for being a mother and I hope you have a lovely Mother's Day. I hope you get lot's of xxx's and oooo's from your little ones.
If you are still looking for something special to give, here is something green, courtesy of got milk? that is easy to make, and I am sure any mother would enjoy.
You can write the recipe down on pretty paper, combine all dry ingredients in a little sachet and tie it to a potted gardenia plant. <3
Mother's Day Milk Bath Recipe
3 cups whole milk
1 capsule vitamin E
1/3 cup cornstarch
1/4 cup of oatmeal
gardenia petals
Combine dry ingredients together.
Break open vitamin E capsule, add to dry ingredients.
Place desired amount of dry mixture in facecloth, tie to faucet allowing warm water to run over bag.
Add milk under running water at the same time.
Sprinkle gardenia petals over bath water.
Enjoy!
