I was reading the LA Times this morning and came upon this recipe, instantly I thought of arroz con leche. Isn't arroz con leche yummy?!?!

It's making my mouth water! I love rice pudding.
How I love arroz con leche a favorite growing up. I really don't make it as often as I should for my little ones and they love it too. Guess I need to add that to my list of things to do. (a fun one)
I LOVE Arroz con Leche... My former neighbor always used to make me a pot in the winter time... I <3 her! lol
