I smell cinnamon. It's my tea.
It tastes delightful and makes the house smell of Christmas.
Here is the recipe:
Honey, Cinnamon and Lemon Tea
2 tablespoons of pure honey (or to your taste)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 cups of water
2 cinnamon sticks
Boil water and then add cinnamon sticks. Cover and steep for 10 minutes. Strain into mugs. Add honey and lemon.
Enjoy.
Also....sorry so late on this...

Mmmmm! I love cinnamon tea! I have a pot simmering on the stove as I write this. I've never thought to add lemon and honey (I just add a little sugar), but will try it tonight. :)
It's almost tea time for me, too!
Yum. We've got the sniffles around here, and this sounds perfect.
oh, I love herbs and spices teas. They are perfect no matter what time of the day is, and specially welcomed during this cold season.
